At first you have to put concentration on your hormone level specially estrogen. This hormone is very important for giving female characteristics in women along with progesterone. But if you secrete more estrogen you get heavier. So you have to lower the estrogen level safely and naturally for your slimming purpose.
You can do it very simply by increasing your testosterone (Hormone) level which is also remaining in your (female) body. They are opposing hormone means if estrogen level is increased then testosterone level is decreased and vice versa.
For this you have to lift heavy weight for your entire body and eat at least 1/3 of your calories from fat.

- You have to avoid High Intensity Cardio all the time
- You have to do a wide variety of Cardio Intensities
